Spectune is distributed through the App Store under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs your use of the app. What follows is the short version.
What you get
A personal, non-transferable licence to use Spectune on devices you own or control. The app itself and its design remain mine.
Your music
What you make in Spectune is yours, including the audio, stems and videos you export. Use it however you like, commercially or not, with no credit required. If you paint from a recording, you are responsible for having the right to use that recording.
What you can’t do
Redistribute the app, resell it, or pull it apart to rebuild it as something else.
Purchase
Spectune is a one-time purchase with every feature included. Refund requests go to Apple, under Apple’s own policy.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. Songs are stored on your device, or in your iCloud Drive if you turn on sync, so keep a backup of anything that matters to you.
Changes
These terms may change with a new version of the app. The current version always lives at this address.
